Here we are in week 19. I usually get my blog posted on Thursday which is my day off. However, to be honest yesterday I was kind of in a funk, I didn’t know what to write, didn’t want to write whatever my excuse is. The bottom line is I made a decision not to write my blog yesterday. Here it is Friday evening and I decided I want to get my blog done before the Friday night deadline.
Yesterday caused me to reflect on why I had a negative attitude? I have always leaned toward the negative before the Master Keys and those stinking peptides are trying to rear their ugly heads again!! I appreciate the Master Key course because now I am aware of this behavior and I have the choice, stay negative, or think positive thoughts. Do I want to use the Law of Substitution, flip through index cards, write out gratitude cards to break those negative thoughts? I have the tools to change my thoughts; do I want to use them? That is my decision. My decision is I want to develop a stronger positive attitude. I want my positive attitude to keep growing and keep pushing Mr. negativity farther and farther away. Yesterday was just one of those days that I haven’t had in a while.
17. You may know that thought constantly, eternally is taking form, is forever seeking expression, or you may not, but the fact remains that if your thought is powerful, constructive, and positive, this will be plainly evident in the state of your health, your business and your environment; if your thought is weak, critical, destructive and negative generally, it will manifest in your body as fear, worry and nervousness, in your finance as lack and limitation and in discordant conditions in your environment.
I just have to keep working on thinking positively, to keep growing positive results. The negative thoughts don’t come as often as they use to. However, this was a great reminder that I need to keep diligent with my assignments and readings and dig even deeper.
My wish for you is that you are whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, healthy, harmonious and happy.
